Very few companies will take the time to truly educate their customers the way we do. Why do we do this?
- We believe that if we do a proper job of educating our customers, we will seldom have to “sell” them anything.
- If we educate our customers, it makes it perfectly clear that there are very few companies that are even in the same league with us when it comes to quality and value.
- An educated customer is more likely to use us again in the future.
- An educated customer will be more persuasive in referring other customers to us.
- By educating the consumer population about quality roofing practices, we will gradually improve our industry as a whole and eliminate some of the lower companies that take advantage of customers due to their lack of knowledge.
